Apartment with elevator on a spacious plot located approximately 200 meters from the beach. The town center is about 1 km away, and shops, restaurants, and bars are about 500 meters away. The complex features two seasonal swimming pools: one for adults (approx. 20 x 13 m) and one for children (approx. 10 x 6 m), surrounded by a sun terrace and a garden with trees. There is a restaurant with panoramic views of the complex, offering a varied buffet, and a bar/café with a large summer terrace serving snacks throughout the day. Occasional breakfasts or dinners are available for purchase directly on-site. There is a 24-hour reception at the complex entrance. In one of the buildings, a wellness center with a fitness room, sauna, steam room, massage services, etc., is available for an additional fee. A multi-sports court is also on site. There is a children's playroom, and during the summer (July/August) a mini-club operates for younger children, in addition to evening activities and entertainment for adults. The apartments are functionally furnished in a modern style and include air conditioning (heating and cooling), telephone, Wi-Fi, a baby monitor, satellite TV (one channel per country), a safe (at an extra charge), and a washing machine. All apartments have a furnished balcony or terrace (small table and two chairs). Underground parking is available for a fee.
